Still nothing records. I've also tried recording with Sound Recorder and that also doesn't work. Both record fine with a microphone. I've also tried running Audacity in Windows XP compatibility mode, but that doesn't help. Any more suggestions? Is this just a continuing driver probem? I've tried a little bit to work with another program, Total Recorder, and using their virtual driver or whatever they call it works, but recording and playback with that driver and program seems to be kind of a hassle, and I'd prefer to use Audacity since I'm used to that, and, well, it's free.
I suppose I could run a line from the speaker output to the line in input? I really don't want to do that. This thread is locked.
